The Solo Strength Practice is the perfect opportunity to develop a strong understanding of your body in space when you don’t have a partner; the Partner Counterbalance plan teaches you and your partner how to move each other’s weight with the help of gravity; and, last but certainly not least, AcroYoga Fundamentals takes you through the process of basing and flying with a strong focus on basic poses, transitions, and therapeutics.
