This Acroyoga Training Video puts a new spin on a traditional flow. The Four Step was one of the first dynamic Acro Washing Machines I ever learned. To show how much the practice has grown since my teacher training back in June 2007 (AcroYoga TT4), you were an ultimate badass if you could hammer this flow out.
In the few short years since then, the practice has blossomed exponentially. After basing and flying 4-step thousands of times, it was time for some washing machine repair and customization.
We’re not talking rocket science here. Think more architectural upgrade and a deep appreciation for physics. The tangled web requires some fancy footwork and hand-dancing from both flyer and base.
I’d love to hear what you think! Leave some feedback in the comments section. I take requests, so don’t be stingy with your questions.
