Most Acroyoga Training Videos have one thing in common: huge bases & tiny flyers.
There is an art to basing people larger than yourself. This video offers some tips, tricks, and hints on how to make that happen.
Much respect to Christopher Filikins, an LA acrobatic yogi-fellow who not only wrote the Rubik’s Cube, which is quite a lovely washing machine, but based it with a satisfying balance of strength and softness. I enjoy his work, and have found great inspiration in his offering.
My apologies to my German AcroYoga friends who might not be able to see this video. Normally, I include music that is not blocked in other countries. However, the original audio of the actual flying relationship between Chris and I was too good to cover up.
